Bookings

• To secure your booking, I require a non-refundable deposit along with a signed agreement.
• Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit is received.
• Dates cannot be held without a deposit.

Payments

• The deposit goes toward your total package price.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the date of your session/event.
• I currently accept cash, Cash App, and Zelle.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
• If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate, depending on my availability.
• In cases of bad weather, illness, or emergencies, sessions can be rescheduled without penalty.
• If I ever have to cancel for reasons beyond my control, I’ll issue a full refund of your deposit and/or any payments made.

Session Details & Conduct

• Please be on time so we can use your full session; late arrivals may shorten the session.
• Additional time may be available if my schedule allows, but this could include an extra fee.
• Cooperation during the session helps me capture the best results, so please communicate your needs and ideas openly.

Deliverables

• Edited digital images are usually delivered within less than a week.
• Sneak peeks may be shared earlier (if offered).
• Prints, albums, or other physical products will take longer because of production times.
• All photos are edited in my signature style. Special editing requests can sometimes be accommodated, but may include additional costs.

Portfolio & Social Media

• I may use selected images for my portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
• I always respect privacy and will not share sensitive or private content without permission.
